Pricing Information.

Okgrl reserves the right to adjust pricing, Products and Service offerings for reasons including but not limited to

Changing market conditions | Product discontinuation | Product unavailability | Supplier price changes and errors in advertisements.

 

  • Our made to Measure Service is at an additional charge and is not included in the Advertised price.
  • Additional costs will apply for any additional style changes or additions to an item.
  • Alteration, courier and/or transport cost will be applicable if additional alterations required.
    • These additional alteration costs must be paid in full prior to the item being altered.
  • Prices on dresses do not include built in cups – an extra fee will be charged to add cups.

 

Fitting and Alterations Policy

OKgrl Fashion and Bridal Couture is not responsible for any alterations, courier and/or transport costs for garments that do not fit due to…

  • Virtual orders that do not involve a physical fitting session
  • Production of garment based on
  1. Generic Sizing and
  2. Incorrect sizing supplied by the client.
  • When made to Measure Service is in place and client breaks the agreement in.
  1. The Client does not attend the Fittings
  2. The client collects the garments prior to any fittings and alterations.

 

Payment Policy

By using the Online Payment system, you agree to the following:

  • The information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
  • No order will be processed without a 50% Deposit.
  • Only once the payment is reflected on our system will production commence.
  • The 50% deposit on your order is non-refundable.
  • The balance of the order must be paid in full before the collection or delivery of the order.
  • Any additional alteration costs are payable in full prior to the item being altered.

Payment options accepted:

  • Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
  • Card acquiring and security
  • Card transactions will be acquired for OKgrl Pty Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  • Customer details separate from card details
  • Customer details will be stored by OKgrl Pty Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

 

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

Responsibility

  • OKgrl Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be made on customized orders as they are made to specific measurements for you.

 

Delivery policy

We make use of a courier service nationwide thus delivery charges will be based on your location and choice of service delivery. This will be communicated with you prior to collection / delivery.

 

Availability Disclaimer.

Standard lead time can range from 30 – 35 working days.

All Orders are subject to Product availability and the availability of Personnel to perform the service. Therefore, OKgrl cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfil customer’s orders, but all effort will be made to complete orders at said agreement.

 

Please note that any specific delivery dates supplied are estimates provided by OKgrl for planning purposes and can change if the services are being performed on a time and materials basis.

 

General

  • Please note that although we try our best to match the picture of the item you want, we cannot guarantee it would look 100% the same as we make it per your requirements and body specifications as well as any material differences.
  • Colours may differ from that seen on a screen.
  • OKgrl Bridal Couture does not offer exclusivity on any of its items.
  • OKgrl Bridal Couture reserves the right to post photos of the item to all our social media platforms and to use on all our marketing materials.
  • Please note Marieta Louw, the new owner of OKgrl as of 1st January 2022 will not be held responsible for any concerns or complaints prior to 1st January 2022.

 

Customer Privacy policy
OKgrl Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and OKgrl Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

 

Variation
OKgrl Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, may change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

 Definition of personal information

According to the Act ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person.  Further to the POPI Act, COR Concepts also includes the following items as personal information:

  • All addresses including residential, postal and email addresses.
  • Change of name – for which we require copies of the marriage certificate or official change of name document issued by the state department.
